Delorean Performance Industries Cylinder liner shim kit. Manufactured from stainless steel to exact factory specifications. Required for piston/liner removal and installation.
NOTE: Revised installation method. Due to the failure of paper style shims and need for extensive maching of blocks and mating surfaces the procedure for shim use has been changed. Other than designated height requirement in work shop manual all other information must be disgarded with use of shim set. Liner height must be measured with upper deck mating surface for head gasket centerless ground to proper height requirement. Machining service of liners available in house by DPI.
